Order Cancellation
Orders placed may be cancelled only within 24 hours of initial order placement. To cancel, please promptly email
If cancellation email is not received within 24 hours after order is placed, you are not eligible for cancellation and your order will be processed and shipped.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after payment is made.

Dafne's Magic is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. If your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately within 24 hours to check if we can update your order before shipment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
